Jonathan Campbell

Licensed Professional Counselor

Jonathan Campbell is a Licensed Professional Counseling candidate under the supervision of Dr. Ford. Jonathan graduated from Mid-America Christian University with his master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling. Jonathan has spent the past six years working at The Salvation Army where he had the opportunity to work with a diverse population that includes individuals who are suffering from temporary homelessness, addiction, anxiety, depression, domestic violence, and trauma.

Mr. Campbell prefers Cognitive-Behavioral and Solution-Focused modalities of psychotherapy. He also believes the first step in helping a patient meet their personal needs is to establish a firm working relationship where they are dedicated to making real lasting changes in their lives. He has a firm grasp on the importance of providing brief behavioral health services across the lifespan to help improve overall personal outcomes.

Mr. Campbell is also dedicated to helping those who have been incarcerated or are at risk of being so. His past personal experiences could make him a good fit for any individual or family who is dealing with addictions of any kind. He believes that for a change to occur, in these cases, there needs to not only be behavioral and cognitive changes but also a restructuring of their environments as well.
